As seen on Monday, NXT Superstar Bayley finally made her full-time main roster debut for the RAW brand. Bayley would go on to challenge WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte to a match, however she wounded up with a match against Dana Brooke instead.
We have been told that original plans for Bayley’s debut did not call for her to be in the title picture on the main roster. WWE is now building for Bayley vs. Charlotte for the championship now that Sasha is out of action. It’s believed that the company decided to go with Bayley is because they don’t really have another top babyface on the RAW brand to match up against Charlotte at this time.
Speaking of Sasha, she is expected actually be out of action for 1-2 months now that she doesn’t need back surgery. Had she needed back surgery she could have been out of action for over six months.
