As seen at Sunday’s WWE No Mercy event, Luke Harper made his return to WWE programming to help assist Bray Wyatt in his match against Randy Orton in the closing moments of the show.
Luke Harper was originally scheduled to return to the RAW brand and not the SmackDown brand. With Erick Rowan being out of action for four to six months, WWE decided to change their plans and give Rowan’s position to Harper.
WWE most likely won’t go with a single’s feud between Harper and Orton. This feud will possibly be a tag-team feud with Orton finding a partner.
